Point of sale

A VAT-ready POS system for UAE retail

StockFlow’s point of sale isn’t a separate silo bolted onto your accounts — every sale issues a compliant tax invoice, deducts stock at the selling branch, and posts the full double-entry (revenue, VAT output, COGS, stock) automatically. Sell at the counter; the books keep themselves.

FTA-compliant tax invoices

Every sale calculates 5% VAT and issues a proper Tax Invoice or Simplified Tax Invoice with sequential numbering — the format the FTA expects, ready for the 2026 e-invoicing direction.

Stock deducts as you sell

A sale immediately reduces inventory at the selling location, so shelf counts stay accurate across branches without any end-of-day reconciliation.

Accounting posts itself

Each sale writes its own balanced GL entry — revenue, VAT output, cost of goods sold and stock — so your trial balance is current the instant you ring up a customer.

Branch-scoped staff and payments

Salespeople can sell at their own branch without seeing margins, payroll or other locations. Payments are recorded against multiple methods and accounts, with a full audit trail.

Frequently asked questions

Is the POS VAT and FTA compliant?
Yes. VAT is calculated at 5% on every transaction, invoices issue in FTA-recognised Tax/Simplified Tax formats with sequential numbering, and the VAT report gives you the output/input/net figures your return needs.
Does selling update inventory and accounting automatically?
Both, in the same transaction. A sale deducts stock at the branch and posts a balanced general-ledger entry (revenue, VAT, COGS, stock) with no extra steps.
Can it run across several shops?
Yes — each branch sells against its own stock and the figures roll up centrally, so head office sees the whole picture while staff stay scoped to their location.
Does it work with an online store too?
Yes. Paid Shopify orders flow in as sales automatically and stock levels sync back out, so in-store and online sell from one source of truth.
